Are you licensed and insured? Yes I do carry 1,000,000 in liability and 250,000 in cargo insurance but I highly recommend having your boat, RV, or vehicle fully insured under your name prior to transport. I am fully licensed and insured above FMCSA requirements and 100% legal to conduct business in the United States.  There are lots of people transporting cargo illegally in the US.  To be legal you must have, at a minimum, DOT#, MC#, 750k liability insurance, 100k cargo, ELD, LLC, Drug consortium, UCR registration, BOC-3, IFTA, tons of regulations on trucks and trailers and the list goes on. If the illegal transporter gets caught your cargo is stuck and that's no fun.
